March Goals

Hasn’t February flown by? Now its time for my March Goals. If you want to check out last months goals you can see them here. I didn’t quite meet them all so I’m making them simpler but more specific for March.

Blog

Again I don’t want to change how I post. I still want to improve my promotion. But that’s such a broad goal that this month I’m aiming to advertise each blog post one extra way compared to February. Rather than, like last month, going in with a grand statement of ‘I’m going to improve my promotion’ I want to create small, bite-sized chunks that are attainable. These I can build on each month.

Instagram

Now I usually avoid playing the numbers game, but I’m so close I would love to hit 300 followers on Instagram by the end of the month! I’m slowly trying to grow my Instagram because I love this platform for sharing my work, and I enjoy taking photos. Again I’m also aiming to again improve my engagement but this I feel is going to be an ongoing process.

Work

In February I started working on a business plan. This is a terrifying undertaking because I have no idea what I’m doing. However, I have great support and help to break it down into smaller pieces so it’s less intimidating. This leads to this months goal of finishing one section of my plan. Even though it may not seem like a lot it’s an important part of my growth.

Personal

My main goal this month is to get outside more. Take last week, I got to Sunday and realised I hadn’t properly been outside since Wednesday. I’d taken the dog out into the back garden, but since Conor always takes him for a walk I hadn’t been out. This is the downside of working from home, it’s so easy to sit inside all day without realising it. I can’t even use the weather as an excuse, even though it has been rather horrible there have been opportunities to get out for 20minutes every few days. So as the weather improves my main goal is to get outside for a walk at least 3 times a week.

Those are my March Goals, what are yours? Let me know in the comments below.
